Viber is the best for free overseas phone and video chats. I use it to talk to my parents every week. Great audio and video quality support if you have a decent internet connection! Havent used Skype in years because of this app..

Cant for the life of me figure out why I lost my stickers on my iPad and not on my phone no it wont sync either. Cant reload them. Otherwise a great app. No trouble till now.

There is a terrible bug with notifications, you cannot turn them back on after you turn them off. Advertising is becoming more and more obnoxious and obtrusive.
