Cant download to my new iPhone; even though it shows up in my iCloud, the download app button shows up as "inactive" to be able to download. No matter what I try, I cannot get this to change to "active".

I have no complains, works great for communications with family in Europe.

Its not ALWAYS perfect, sometimes calling cell phone in romania from us with "viber out" there is a slight delay. Overall very good value for the money, considering much cheaper than Skype

I have been using Viber steadily for a few months and find its a great application with great capabilities. Highly recommended!

Great app, but the message "seen" doesnt seem to be working consistently.

The product is genius ? just the connection tends to be weak and cuts off often. It needs a lot of work. When using the camera with face to face contact, the software gets really weak and looses its connection in mid sentence.

By far, Viber is the best app... In terms of text messaging and using voice call. This app never disappoint me... ever-reliable. The best ever...I just love it...I highly recommend using this Viber ???

I love this app & wish to recommend to all. Most have apps.

I like Viber but just wish that my messages would go thru. They wont go thru unless the person Im texting is on wifi. They wont receive it unless they are connected. Still searching for a better app that has overall a better connection for FaceTime, talking and texting.

Keeps saying my number is invalid and Ive deleted and updated the app several times and still says number is invalid. Works fine on iPhone 7 Plus and my MacBook Pro 2014 Retina display. What happened?! Edit: support didnt help. Auto generated emails and still get invalid number on iPad and no help whatsoever. Edit 2: now iPad Pro 10.5 inch gets error saying viber service unavailable and check connection... tried with wifi and cellular, same error. It worked perfectly fine with my first gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch..... what happened?!

Love this app! I give 4 stars just because sometimes call gets dropped. Other than that it a great app! Thank you!

Used Viber to contact family and all the sudden its 17 plus. Not a good move for a person that needs it to talk with family, and that has restrictions on their phone. PLEASE CHANGE

Great app overall. I can text and everything no matter where they are. My one criteria would be that I cant connect my contacts. It gives me instructions to do so but it just wont connect. But overall great app

I love using this app for long distance calling. Its so convenient!

After last two updates, viber smileys are invisible and caption of photos are shown but entire photo cannot be loaded.

To bad I cannot use Viber to talk to my brother in the UAE, however, I can use it everywhere else.
